Cylinder head assembly sits above an engine on a car. It is used to seal and enclose a cylinder. Valves: The intake and exhaust valves control opening and closing of the air entry and exit passages. They are controlled by the movement of the camshaft to ensure proper compression and exhaust circles in the combustion chamber. Valve springs: The valve springs are located above the valves. They ensure normal valve closing by providing restoring force. They pull the valves back to their original position when they close. Valve guide: Valve guide is a tubular part installed in the cylinder head. It is used to guide the movement of the valves while providing support and lubrication. Intake manifold: The intake manifold guides the air-fuel mixture from the air intake into the cylinder. It ensures that the combustion chamber receives an appropriate amount of air. Fuel injector: A fuel injector directly or indirectly injects fuel into the intake manifold or the cylinder. It is used to control the fuel supply amount and injection time. Characteristics of the Engine Cylinder Head

Material: The cylinder head is usually made of aluminum alloy, because aluminum alloy has good thermal conductivity and lightweight characteristics, which can effectively dissipate heat and reduce the overall weight of the engine. 2. Heat sink: There are usually many heat sinks on the cylinder head to increase the heat dissipation surface area and improve the heat dissipation effect.
